HOW TO ENROLL
We have made enrolling in The Keystone School’s middle, and high school programs as convenient and flexible as our education programs.
If you plan to earn a Keystone diploma and have already completed high school coursework, please call us to help you complete our online Transcript Request Form so we can request your student’s official records and provide a free transcript evaluation. Unofficial and official transcripts can also be emailed to our Guidance Department at info@QLUacademy.org. We will email you a free transcript evaluation so you will know which credits will transfer into our program and how many Keystone credits will be required to earn a Keystone diploma. Homeschool portfolios can be emailed to info@QLUacademy.org. Homeschool portfolios are also evaluated free of charge.
Ways to Enroll
You can enroll your child in Keystone by phone or by visiting us. Choose the enrollment method that works best for you.
Before you begin the enrollment process, you will need to consider the following:

- Your state’s regulation regarding virtual learning and homeschool
- Tuition
- The Payment Plan
Enroll at Any Time
Keystone Online High School accepts enrollments throughout the school year for students who have completed eighth grade and wish to enroll full time or as a supplement to their current education program.
Keystone’s high school program is a good fit for traditional high school-age students. For individuals 19 and older, Keystone adult learning programs offer students the chance to earn USA recognized high school diploma or take courses to prepare for a career in high-demand fields.
What is your deadline for enrollment?
Keystone fits students’ lives by allowing them to study on their own time and at their own pace. That extends to enrollment – feel free to enroll whenever you like by phone, on the web, or by mail. There is no specific time when you must enroll. For students based in Panama City, Republic of Panama we recommend to enroll during the months of January to March if you will be a full time student with us. For students who will take a few courses with us, registration can be any time.

- You are enrolling your child in multiple courses
- You have all electronic documents you can send us to info@QLUschool.com
- You have questions that need to be answered before you can enroll
Enroll in person
We will be glad to make an appointment for you to register your children in person and assist you personally through the process. Please make sure to bring all required academic documents to the meeting. You can schedule the meeting by emailing us to info@QLUschool.com.
When will I be able to start if I enroll today?
If you are taking online middle or high school courses, you may begin exploring your course as soon as you receive your password from us — normally a couple of days from when you enroll!
How long will it take for me to receive my books?
Most books and materials are free of charge and in electronic form. If a particular course has a printed book assigned, it should arrive in around 10-15 business days after you enroll; if you enroll in online courses, you can begin your work in a couple of days after receiving a password and access to your courses.

* Families are responsible for making sure they are complying with Homeschool requirements. Keystone is NOT responsible to notify or make families aware of homeschool state rules/regulations. Students interested in enrolling in Keystone should register with their state’s Department of Education as a homeschooled student and follow any rules/regulations that apply.
